The Bakery at Rose Farm is owned and run by Rob and Andrea.
Rob grew up on his family farm, learning the value of hard work, fresh produce and simple, honest food. Andrea has lived in the countryside for many years, sharing that same love of rural life and home‑cooked food made from scratch. Those values are baked into everything we do.
For nearly 20 years, Rob has worked closely with Rose Farm, running a successful catering business and using their produce straight from the farm. Knowing where their ingredients come from and trusting their quality enabled his business to flourish. Andrea has always had a passion for homemade bakery produce so when she came up the idea of making a Hog pie it became a reality.
Over recent years supermarket prices have continued to rise, yet too often the quality has gone in the opposite direction. Ingredients are stretched, farmers are forced into mass producing to make a living and flavour and care are sacrificed in the name of cost-cutting and convenience.
We believe baking should be different, making our produce in small batches using carefully chosen ingredients using traditional methods.
When you buy from us, you’re not paying for mass production, marketing budgets or shelf life. You’re paying for craftsmanship, freshness and people who take pride in what comes out of the oven daily.
